Judicial branch is part of the constituion and is one of the branches.

Explanation to connection.

The judical branch is describe as the courts in the government, and make sure these rules and laws are carried out. To be a surpreme justice you must be elected by the president, and two thirds of congress. The judical branch have the power to extend any court casesin law. They also interpret laws and observe them in case they unconstitional. In all cases affecting ambassadors, other public ministers, or consuls in those state, shall be a party, The surpreme court shall have the original jurisdiction.
